I always go to this hotel in Brussels, period. I have been many times in regular rooms or 4th floor suites, and have never been let down. It is very comfortable, quiet at night, rooms are big enough etc. Breakfast buffet is great, European or Chinese style if you want to try. What stands out is the pool, really enormous for a hotel - same for the gym room. Furthermore, the surroundings are quiet and nice, and a 10 min walk takes you to a metro station that leads to central Bxl. I do not plan to try any other hotel for future Bxl stays, for work or private. And by the way: Nespresso in the room, with real capsules. Minor cherry on the cake ;)

Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

this is great hotel! great food, rooms, the pool is sooo clean. after all day , we were going to sauna and to pool it was great feeling. We really enjoyed the hotel! thank you! also to all visitors i recommend to visit chinese restourant in the hotel, it's worth it. To the team: in my opinion the pool should work until 22:00. thank you for your service we loved everything!

The calmness- it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was exceptional and the restaurants really relaxing. The TV in our room even had BBC TV up to 11pm. Room servicing was to a very high standard. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even gave us a lift to Subway station when we left to travel home.
